Most of my own personal shoots (ones where I have full control over wardrobe and style) stem from a single item. This one was inspired by a fox hat that my Mother In Law crocheted for my youngest daughter. It was a simple concept, but getting my kids to share my excitement was no simple task at all.
Rather than planning a day for my eldest daughter to dread, I pulled them out on a whim and I'm glad I did. Not only did we catch a beautiful sunset after days of heavy rain and overcast. Also, when we left my daughter said, "That was actually kinda fun." SUCCESS!!!!! We didn't even have to argue about it.
I hope you enjoy these as much as I do. I love them. (the kids & the moments they let me capture)
